About me...

I was born in Sea Cliff, raised on the North Shore of Long Island, as well as the mountains, lakes, and streams of Upstate New York.

I am a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist. Upon completion of my degree and receiving the honored President's Award  at New York College in Syosset, I obtained my certification in Pregnancy Massage, as well as my certification to teach Infant Massage. I have taught at The Center For Parent's and Children in Sea Cliff,  and the employees of Harbor Child Care.

I am a former Emergency Medical Technician of the North Shore Health System, and a Fireman of the Glen Cove Volunteer Fire Department; both of which  gave me an edge to my medical training. Together with my degree, I have the experience and knowledge of the human condition. There is no greater  satisfaction for me than to aid in one's healing. I provide strength training and sports therapy to the teenage athletes of Glen Cove, North Shore, Locust Valley, Friends Academy, Portledge and St. Anthony's Middle Schools and High Schools.

I have proudly worked on the set of As the World Turns, and the set of Seseme Street,  providing therapy to the   puppeteers, as well as the many "characters" you find on set. 

I started my home call practice right here on the beautiful North Shore of Long Island right after graduation in 2004, and in 2006, I opened my  beautiful office in Sea Cliff.  I am a Proud member of The Sea Cliff Business Association and the AMMTA, American Medical Massage Therapist Association.

But my biggest accomplishments...  I am the proud mother of two funny, strong, independent, tireless, chop bustin', skate boarding, basketball, baseball, lacrosse, football playing boys, which is where I get my Adolescent Sport Training from.
